Which technologies already create greater efficiency, transparency, and flexibility today? At the GEBHARDT Intralogistics Summit 2026, the focus is not on future visions alone, but on concrete solution approaches, real project experience, and direct exchange about your challenges. On September 23 and 24, 2026, the SNP Arena in Sinsheim will be dedicated entirely to forward‑looking intralogistics.** | **DATE** **23 - 24 September 2026** | **LOCATION** **SNP Arena, Sinsheim** | | --- | --- |   **The Focus is on Four Key Areas:** Modern intralogistics does not function as a collection of separate disciplines. Warehouse technology, production supply, sorting, software, and services must work together as an integrated system. This is precisely the perspective the Summit takes: from efficient warehouse and material flow concepts to mobile robotics and intelligent sorting, all the way to data-driven control and long-term equipment availability. | **Smart Warehouse** How can warehouse processes be made more efficient, transparent, and scalable?  | | --- | | **Smart Factory Logistics** How can the material flow in production be intelligently networked?   | | **Smart Sortation** Which solutions ensure fast, precise, and scalable sorting processes?   | | **Smart Software & Services** How can we achieve transparency, availability, and full control over intralogistics?  | **Agenda Sneak Peek: First Highlights from the Program** The Summit kicks off with an opening keynote by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Johannes Fottner. Afterward, you can customize your own schedule: In parallel sessions, you’ll gain concrete insights into the four focus areas Smart Warehouse, Smart Factory Logistics, Smart Sortation and Smart Software & Services. - **Smart Warehouse:** Simulation in Intralogistics, *Rafael Berner, SimPlan* - **Smart Factory Logistics:** Precise Production Planning Significantly Reduces Intralogistics Costs, *Keiji Fujii, Asprova* - **Smart Sortation:** Integrated Building and Logistics Planning, *Keller Group* - **Smart Software & Services:** From Data Warehouse to a Physical Smart Warehouse *Carlos Perry, HAKRO* [![

On the plant tour, you’ll experience applications and processes up close. **Hands-On Technology: Exhibits On Site** Don’t just listen, experience the solutions firsthand: In 2026, you can once again look forward to seeing selected exhibits and technologies on site. Talk with experts and gain concrete insights into how the technology works and its potential applications. **Race to Excellence: Motorsports at the Evening Event** On the evening of the first day of the summit, the pace shifts: The 2026 evening event is all about motorsports and brings the racing spirit of GEBHARDT Motorsport to the SNP Arena. Look forward to a race-day atmosphere, one-on-one conversations, and networking in a unique setting. ![Gebhardt_summitevent_tag1-299](https://blog.gebhardt-group.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Gebhardt_summitevent_tag1-299.jpg?width=6000&height=4000&name=Gebhardt_summitevent_tag1-299.jpg) **Game Changing Solutions for Smart Intralogistics.** The GEBHARDT Intralogistics Summit 2026 brings together expert knowledge, practical experience, and personal exchange in one place. Participation is free of charge, but available spots are limited. Register by September 4, 2026, put together your personalized agenda, and bring your questions, projects, and ideas with you.
